The National Health Service is celebrating 60 years with an awards ceremony to find the 'Health and Social Care Heroes' of Yorkshire and Humberside and you are helping them to do it.
Your 'Health and Social Care Hero' could be a nurse, a porter, surgeon, midwife, or anyone working in the health sector. |

Nominations have now closed and the NHS has selected a shortlist of three people who will be featured on ITV Calendar beginning TUESDAY MARCH 25th
A postal vote will decide which of the three finalists has won the Health and Social Care Hero Award and it will be announced at an NHS Awards event in April 2008.
