Chestnut Tree House is a children’s hospice in Arundel providing vital support for life-limited children and their families. It is the only children's hospice in Sussex and cares for children and young adults from 0-19 years of age with progressive life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses from all over the county.
Hospices are constantly under threat of closure. Government funds only pay for a small fraction of their running costs. The rest of their work must be paid for with donations. They also rely on volunteers to help out at the centre in Sussex.
