Bristol City will be playing Crystal Palace in the Championship Play-Offs.
City ended a run of bad results by easily beating Preston 3-0 on Sunday afternoon (04/05/08) at a packed Ashton Gate to finish fourth in the table. Bristol City secured fourth place thanks to first-half goals from Lee Trundle and Michael McIndoe, plus a David Noble strike.
Palace's 5-0 thrashing of Burnley mean they finished fifth and the two will now meet over two legs for a place in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
