The above were all shortlisted from 34 total entrants.
The award was presented by the BBC's Roisin Ni Cheileachair who said the judges looked for a website that offered that little bit something extra. And, she said they looked forward to seeing more Welsh language content in the future.
Roisin said that they had been particularly impressed with the inclusion on Local of programmes such as Nant Y Morch.
"It's a great honour to win this award at the Celtic Media Festival amongst so many other people from the Celtic regions," said Matthew Blythe, Channel Manager, ITV Local Wales.
"We're very lucky to have such a great team at ITV Wales behind us producing such good news and programmes which is now enjoyed on the internet as well as on television."
It was the 29th Celtic Media Festival. It was held in Galway (the home of Gaelic media in Ireland) for the first time.
The Website award was one of five awards being handed out on day one of the festival. All the winners were from Wales.
