Peterborough United's top scorer of last season, Aaron Mclean, has put in a transfer request.
The 29 goal forward has rejected an offer of a new improved contract. Championship side Wolves have put in a bid to buy him but Posh say the offer doesn't meet their valuation of the former non-league player.
Peterborough say they won't let him go for less than £3million.
Northampton Town have signed striker Leon Constantine from Leeds Utd on a free transfer.
The London-born forward knows the region well having played for southend and Peterborough during his career.
Cobblers boss Stuart Gray told the club's official website that the 30-year-old was on his summer wishlist: "There were a lot of clubs in for him and a lot of credit has to go to the chairman...i'm delighted to have added another quality player to the squad."
