Norwich City have made their second signing of the summer - Blackpool winger Wes Hoolahan
The winger signs on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee. Goalkeeper Matthew Gilks leaves for the Seasiders as part of the move.
Hoolahan told the Norwich City website "I am delighted to be joining Norwich City. I had several options but as soon as I met the manager and saw the facilities, I knew Norwich City were a club that matched my ambitions.
"I want to play Premier League football as soon as possible and I feel this move will give me that opportunity."
Rumours of the signing have been circulating for weeks, especially after news of the Irishman's reported £250,000 escape clause became widely known.
Hoolahan played 46 times for Blackpool, netting 6 times.
