More Post Office closures planned

The latest list of Post Offices being earmarked for closure has been announced... it includes scores of branches in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire. Local people now have six weeks to put forward their views before final decisions are taken on which will close.

The Post Office has listed 67 branches for closure in the Anglia region and another 16 for replacement with alternative postal services (known as 'outreach' services), such as a mobile post office. The full list of the Post Offices affected is below.
