Our reporter catches some professional bike thieves in action, finds out how easy it is to steal a bike in Central London and the places where these bikes are then sold to the unaware public

Using a GPS tracking system and computer mapping we follow planted stolen bikes, this system has never been used in the UK before to pursue bike thieves.
